Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements A non-refundable retainer and signed bridal agreement are required to secure your wedding date. No dates are held without both. Your quote is based on the number of services agreed upon at the time of booking. Cancellations Bridal cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding date are responsible for the full remaining balance of all contracted services. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Reducing the number of services after signing the contract does not reduce the final balance unless agreed upon in writing. Bridal Trials Trials are booked separately and require full payment or a retainer at the time of booking. Trial payments are non-refundable. Payment Schedule Remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding, unless otherwise stated. Late payments may delay or cancel services. Travel & Location Requirements Travel fees apply based on distance from Fort Lauderdale/Miami/your area. If parking, valet, security, or hotel fees apply, the client is responsible for those charges. For early ceremonies or large bridal parties, an early-start fee or additional artists may be required. Getting-Ready Timeline A detailed schedule will be provided after booking. All bridal party members must be ready at their assigned time. Delays from the bridal party may reduce the number of services completed without refund. Assistants & Additional Artists For timelines requiring more than one artist, an additional artist fee will apply. Assistants are added based on availability and schedule needs. Bridal Party Policies Anyone receiving makeup must arrive with clean, bare skin. Lashes and upgrades may have additional fees. Last-minute additional services will only be accepted if time allows. Health & Sanitation I maintain strict sanitation practices. If any member of the bridal party shows signs of illness or infection, service may be refused. Touch-Ups & Stay-Through Services Touch-up services, additional hours, or staying through the ceremony/photos are available for an added rate and must be arranged prior to the wedding day. Photo & Media Use With your permission, I may capture behind-the-scenes content or photos for my portfolio and social media. You may opt out at any time with a written request before the event. Artist Emergency Cancellation In the event I am unable to perform services due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued and I will do my best to help secure another artist.
