Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Accepted payments: Cash, Personal check, Zelle, Venmo. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will forfeit the retainer but will not incur additional charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the remaining balance. Rescheduling, when available, may require a new retainer. Travel & On-Location Services Travel fees apply outside of Fort Lauderdale and are based on distance. Parking, valet, tolls, or entrance fees must be covered by the client. Appointments before 7:00 AM may include an early-start fee. Preparation Please arrive (or be ready) with clean, makeup-free skin. If you have allergies or sensitivities, notify me ahead of time. Delays A delay of more than 15 minutes may reduce the number of services completed or result in a late fee. Additional People Additional makeup applications requested last-minute will only be accepted if time allows and will be charged at the standard rate. Sanitation & Health I follow strict sanitation protocols. If the client shows signs of contagious illness (pink eye, cold sores, flu), service may be refused with no refund. Photos & Media Photos and videos of the service may be used for portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise in writing. Artist Emergency Cancellation In the rare event I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will be refunded in full.
